Glenco’s Story
Glenco, Inc. is owned and operated by John Glenny, Terri Heckman and David Billingsley.
CEO John Glenny started Glenco, Inc. in 1997 with just two employees including himself. Before starting Glenco, Inc. John worked for multiple modular building manufacturers.
More than fifteen years later Glenco has grown to a full-time staff of drafters, designers, professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and project managers. Glenco, Inc. is located in Middleburg, Pennsylvania.
Project Manager Terri Heckman worked for several modular building manufacturers before joining Glenco in 2004. David Billingsley, PE, joined Glenco, Inc. in 2008 after gaining experience in the industry. Terri and David were very instrumental in expanding the engineering services offered by Glenco, Inc. The expertise and experience of the staff are what make Glenco, Inc. able to offer a wide variety of services.
